About Candace

I’m Candace Dalmagne-Rouge, founder of Becoming with CDR.

I support people through the moments when life is changing, by choice or not.

Career transitions, relationships ending or beginning, grief, illness, motherhood, relocation, identity shifts, or simply those seasons when life feels especially intense, uncertain, or in transition.

My work creates intentional space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, hear what’s true for you, and move into what’s next with greater clarity, courage, and self-trust.

How I work

I don’t believe someone else holds the answer to how you should live your life.

My role is to create space for you to step out of the noise, reconnect with your own perspective, and strengthen your relationship with the wisdom of your body, emotions, and inner knowing.

Depending on what you’re navigating, our work may include somatic and embodied practices, guided inquiry, ceremony and ritual, cacao, breathwork, and reflective practices.

These are not formulas to follow. They are tools we may draw from to support insight, emotional movement, self-understanding, and meaningful choice.

I walk alongside you as you discover what feels true and how you want to meet what comes next.

Why Becoming

To me, becoming isn’t about turning yourself into someone better. It’s about becoming more fully yourself.

Sometimes that means releasing what no longer fits. Sometimes it means grieving what has been, making a decision, crossing a threshold, or learning to trust a part of yourself that has been difficult to hear.

Becoming with CDR exists to support those moments with presence, curiosity, and respect for your own inner authority.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. A sense that something is shifting is enough.

My path

Before creating Becoming with CDR, I spent more than a decade working across entrepreneurship, innovation, healthcare, technology, and research and development in the U.S. and internationally.

That background still shapes how I work today. I value intuition and discernment, depth and practicality, the wisdom of the body and the realities of everyday life.

My own path eventually led me into deeper study of embodiment, healing, spirituality, and the ways we make meaning of change.

MBA · Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant · Expanded States Breathwork™ Facilitator · Cacao Practitioner · Reiki Master

I draw from these practices selectively and responsively rather than following one fixed methodology. The work always begins with the person in front of me and what they are actually moving through.
