Expanded States Breathwork™ is a trauma-informed modality that uses conscious connected breathing to support access to expanded states of awareness and the body’s natural capacity for insight, release, and integration.
What to expect
This two-hour experience includes preparation, a guided breathwork journey accompanied by music, and time afterward to rest, reflect and integrate.
We’ll begin with a welcome and an explanation of the practice so you know what to expect. I’ll guide you through the breathing and hold space for your individual experience, with an emphasis on choice, pacing and permission to pause.
You don’t need to arrive with a particular intention or know what your experience will be. There is nothing to perform or achieve.
Come on your own or with a friend. No previous breathwork experience is needed, and sharing afterward is optional.
The space
We’ll gather at The Becoming Studio, my private home studio in Brecksville. The group will remain small, allowing for personal attention.
After registering, you’ll receive the address, parking and entrance instructions, along with preparation details.
Your facilitator
I’m Candace Dalmagne-Rouge, an Expanded States Breathwork™ facilitator, Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant, Cacao Practitioner and Reiki Master. My approach emphasizes thoughtful preparation, choice and integration as I walk alongside people through life’s transitions.
