The Becoming Journey
A three-month private journey for navigating change, transition, or growth with greater clarity, courage, and self-trust.
When life is changing, it can be hard to hear yourself clearly.
Sometimes change is chosen. Sometimes it arrives without asking.
A career shift. A relationship ending or beginning. Grief, illness, parenthood, relocation, identity change, or simply the sense that something in your life is shifting and you’re not yet sure what comes next.
The Becoming Journey offers a dedicated space to slow down, listen inward, and move through these seasons with greater intention.
This isn’t about someone else telling you what to do. It’s a partnership designed to help you reconnect with your own wisdom, strengthen trust in yourself, and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
The Becoming Journey
A dedicated space to meet what’s changing and discover what comes next.
The Becoming Journey is my most immersive way of working together privately: three months of personalized support around the change, transition, or question you’re navigating.
We meet every two weeks, with each session building on what has emerged before. Together, we notice recurring themes, explore what feels important, and create space for your insights to take shape in everyday life.
Our work responds to you. Sessions may include inquiry, embodied practices, ceremony, cacao, or breathwork, depending on what feels supportive and appropriate. Between sessions, simple practices and optional integration check-ins help you stay connected to what you’re exploring.
Support throughout your journey
Six private sessions across three to four months
A consistent space to explore what you’re navigating, with our work evolving alongside you.
Simple practices to carry into everyday life
After each session, I offer a reflection prompt, embodied practice, or simple ritual tailored to what we explored—something you can return to at your own pace.
Five optional integration check-ins
Between each pair of sessions, you can share a brief reflection or focused question by email or voice message and receive a thoughtful response from me. A space to explore what you’re noticing as the work meets everyday life.
Space to reflect and carry the work forward
Within our final session, we revisit what has emerged and identify the practices, insights, and intentions you want to take with you.
This journey may be for you if…
You’re in transition
You’re in a period of change or uncertainty and want space to understand what it means for you.
You’re at a crossroads
You’re standing at a crossroads and struggling to know which direction feels right.
You want to reconnect with yourself
You find yourself looking outward for answers and want to strengthen your ability to trust your own knowing.
You’re waiting for the shift
You understand something intellectually, but feel like your body or emotions haven’t quite caught up.
You want to be intentional about what’s next
You’re ready to move beyond simply getting through this chapter and become more conscious about how you meet the future.
What we may explore together
There is no predetermined formula for The Becoming Journey. Our sessions draw from a range of practices depending on what you need and where the work naturally leads.
-
Movement, embodiment, nervous-system-informed practices, and other tools that help you listen to what your body is communicating and develop a more empowered relationship with your physical experience.
-
Guided reflection and spacious inquiry designed to quiet some of the external noise and help you hear your own perspective, values, and inner guidance more clearly.
-
Space to meet the full spectrum of emotion with greater understanding — strengthening the connection between what you feel, what you know, and how you choose to move through your life.
-
Intentional practices that help mark what is changing, honor what has been, and create space for what comes next. Drawing from my work as a Life-Cycle Celebrant, we give form and meaning to important transitions, particularly when something is ending, beginning, being released, or asking to be acknowledged.
-
When supportive and appropriate, ceremonial cacao or Expanded States Breathwork™ may also be incorporated into our work together. These are tools we can draw upon, not a predetermined requirement of the journey.
The aim isn’t to give you the answers.
It’s to help your own answers become easier to hear and trust.
What may begin to shift
Every journey unfolds differently, but our work together may support shifts like these:
Clearer inner direction
Rooted in your own values and what feels true for you.
Renewed self-trust
Greater confidence in your own inner wisdom.
A deeper relationship with your body
Listening to its signals with more awareness and respect
More aligned decision-making
Choosing from a grounded place rather than external pressure.
Greater emotional steadiness
More space to feel, process, and respond intentionally.
Reflections from Working Together
“Candace has such a thoughtful, solutions-oriented way of supporting people. She has a gift for listening deeply and helping break things down into practical, approachable steps while also offering insight into the bigger picture.
What stands out most is how supported and genuinely held I feel in her presence. Candace brings both clarity and care to every conversation, meeting people exactly where they are while gently guiding them toward meaningful shifts. Her ability to combine grounded, practical guidance with broader perspective makes working with her feel both empowering and deeply supportive.
I’m always grateful for her presence and the way she shows up for others with such intention, wisdom, and compassion.”
— Natalie (Managing Partner, Actuarial Firm)
“Meeting Candace has been a true gift in my life. She has helped me reconnect deeply with my heart. Through these experiences, I’ve had beautiful inner journeys that continue to guide me in my life today.
I now return to these practices whenever I feel uncertain, and it helps me find the answers I need. Through this work, I realized that what had been missing was a true connection with myself.
Today I take time to pause, listen to my heart, and trust my intuition. I move forward more consciously and in greater alignment with what truly feels right for me.”
— Constance (Property Investor & Developer)
A little about how I work
My work draws from training and experience across life-cycle ceremony, somatic and embodied practices, Expanded States Breathwork™, cacao, Reiki, and years of supporting people through life transitions and meaningful periods of change. Rather than applying a fixed methodology, I draw from these practices selectively, always in service of what you are navigating and what feels most supportive for you.
