Breathfest 4 Wellness Festival

Breathfest is a wellness festival designed to bring together community, conscious movement, holistic healing, and meaningful connection.

In it's fourth year, we are expanding into Ohio for the first time. Our mission is to bring the NE Ohio Community an intentionally designed flow of yoga, barre, breathwork and sound experiences alongside the best of Cleveland's local vendors offering spiritually mindful clothing, bodywork, nourishing food, drink and more. You will also have the chance to experience movement in nature or choose sacred rest at any point in the day.

This year's theme is "Heart Chakra," to represent the center of love, compassion, and the driving force for connection and healing. We invite you to wear shades of green to embody this energy!

Join us for a summer afternoon by the lake filled with music, movement, meaningful conversations, wellness experiences, and people who deeply value supporting local businesses and conscious brands.

Lunch and bites are included and prepared by Chef Rowan Murray.

Our Community Impact Sponsors this year include Mallory Tedrick Holistic Therapy, Steph Trzaska of Little Scraps of Magic, Candace Dalmagne-Rouge of Becoming with CDR, Beth Sheeler of Prima Materia and Daniela Caballero of Vida Clinica Virtual. Supporting sponsors include Bowers Counseling and Wellness, Kismet Wear and Caressa Joyce of Joy Centered Life.

Shop local vendors: Cherry Street Mindful Brew, Tap into Health, Verbena Free Spirited, Salty Salt Cave, Yoga Six Fairview, Sassy Zaps and Leo's Alkaline Water.

This year, a portion of event proceeds will be donated to Zenworks Yoga, a nonprofit bringing yoga, mindfulness, and social emotional learning practices into schools and communities, as well as Ohio Women's Action Fund, a power-building reproductive justice organization providing education, resources, and advocacy for women, youth, and gender-expansive people throughout Ohio.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in.
