From Fear to Freedom

  • Nãda Yam Sonothérapie Et Bien-Être 1026 Chemin du Père Éternel Hyères, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, 83400 France (map)

Fear is a natural part of being human, but when it takes the driver’s seat, it can shape our thoughts, decisions, and sense of possibility.

From Fear to Freedom is an experiential workshop designed to help you understand fear, meet it with awareness, and begin transforming your relationship with it.

We begin with a clear, universal framework to explore how fear operates mentally, emotionally, and physically. From there, we’ll identify the anxieties currently present in our lives and choose one to gently work with. Through somatic inquiry, we’ll listen to the body’s wisdom and uncover what our fear may be holding. The session culminates in Expanded States Breathwork to support regulation, release, and the creation of inner space. Then we’ll close with sharing and light refreshments to ground the experience and support integration.

Expanded States Breathworkis a trauma-informed modality that uses conscious connected breathing to support access to expanded states of awareness and the body’s natural capacity for insight, release, and integration.

In this 3-hour group experience, Candace Dalmagne-Rouge and Mathilde Merlot guide participants through a carefully held process that meets fear with presence and compassion. It includes both practical tools and embodied awareness to help you move from contraction into clarity, and from fear toward freedom.

No prior experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

About Candace

Candace Dalmagne-Rouge is the founder of Becoming with CDR, where she guides individuals and groups through experiences that support clarity, self-trust, and embodied leadership.

With a background in innovation and an MBA, she bridges practical insight with deep inner work. She is a certified Expanded States Breathwork™ facilitator, Life-Cycle Celebrant, and cacao practitioner, known for creating spaces that are grounded, steady, and deeply attuned.

Her work focuses on moments of transition — when something is shifting and a new way of being is asking to emerge. Through somatic awareness and breathwork, she supports people in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and moving forward with greater presence and integrity.

In this workshop, Candace guides the somatic inquiry and breathwork, supporting participants in connecting with how fear lives in the body and creating space for regulation, release, and greater inner freedom.

About Mathilde

Mathilde is a writer and creative guide working at the intersection of expression, emotional clarity, and self-knowledge. With an MSc and a background that bridges intellectual rigor and lived experience, she brings both structure and depth to her work.

She works with artists, founders, and individuals in transition who are ready to be more honest with themselves, with what is already in place and with their desires. Her approach is direct, grounded, and anchored in language: naming what is often left vague, and turning inner noise into something clear and workable.

At the core of her work is a simple idea: that knowing yourself deeply and truthfully is what allows you to grow, create, and move forward with integrity. In this workshop, Mathilde guides the exploration of fear through a clear, practical framework, helping participants identify the anxieties present in their lives and begin shifting their relationship to them, one layer at a time.
